WE CANNOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY MISTAKES AFTER THE DETAILS BELOW ARE CONFIRMED. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU PROVIDE US WITH THE CORRECT LIGHT DETAILS FOR AND INBOUND FLIGHTS. PLEASE NOTE SOMETIMES INBOUND FLIGHTS DEPART ON ONE DAY BUT MAY LAND IN THE UK THE NEXT DAY, PLEASE CHECK YOUR ITINERARY.

Please check that all names, addresses, dates and timings are correct, if the information provided is not correct please advise us of any errors within seven days of receipt of your documents by contacting us on 07751 314418. Please note that we will not accept any responsibility for incorrect information if we are not informed within this time frame.

CANCELLATION CHARGES Bookings canceled within 14 days of the booking date can be canceled without charge unless travel date is within 14 days of the booking date if a booking is canceled after 14 days of the booking date up to 14 days before the travel date 50% of the booking fare is payable. If the booking is canceled within 14 days of the travel date 100% of the booking cost is due in full, As such, we strongly advise that you take out a policy of insurance in order to cover you and your party against the cost of cancellation by you; the cost of assistance in the event of accident or illness. All discounts or refunds will be made within 14 days after approval.

CANCELLATION INSURANCE If selected, the £20 cancellation insurance covers any cancellation after the 14-day cooling-off period or the transfer booking date without any further charge, if you choose not to take out the cancellation insurance you accept you are liable to pay the cancellation charge as listed above. Cancellation insurance can still be added up to 14 days after your booking completion date.

Please note that fares are based on one (1) pick up point and one (1) drop off point, multiple pick up and drop offs points have to be arranged at time of booking and may incur an extra charge. We cannot agree to extra pick up or drop off points on the day of travel outbound or inbound.

Please note that comfort stops are limited to 20 minutes for each journey on journeys over 3 hours if you require extra comfort stops over 20 minutes this must be arranged at the time of booking as this may incur extra costs.

Please note Alcohol is NOT permitted to be consumed in our vehicles due to our insurance policy, this is without exception and beyond our control.

Delays with flights/Cruises: We understand that delays can happen with inbound flight/cruises due to unforeseen circumstances, if a delay occurs we will wait without charge for up to two hours, if the delay is more than two hours there will be a charge of £15 per hour, this is subject to the driver being able to wait longer than the two hours, we cannot accept liability for flights delayed longer than the driver is able to wait and therefore cannot issue refunds after the two hours. Please be aware it is the responsibility of the lead passenger to inform us if their flight/ship is delayed as we may not be aware of your flight/ship being delayed as flight/ship data may not be available to us. We recommend you take out adequate insurance that covers such events as if your flight/cruise ship cannot land/dock due to weather conditions you may have to be picked up a different day and therefore have to pay another fare.
